Myra Saujana Park Homes is a private, gated residential community of Double Storey Semi-D homes in Dengkil, Selangor, by Myra. The homes are designed for multigenerational households and for hosting, with indoor-to-outdoor living spaces, a community park and modern features such as EV charging and solar points and rainwater harvesting.

Myra Saujana is developed by OIB Properties (PRV) Sdn. Bhd. (201401009857 (1085936-T)). The Myra brand is a product of OIB Marketing Sdn Bhd (200901008425 (851411-M)). The developer licence and advertising and sales permit are published in the APDL document.

The design is inspired by the Malay Tepak Sireh and its five elements: Sirih, Gambir, Tembakau, Pinang and Kapur. Each element represents a theme of the community: Gambir for prestige and exclusivity, Pinang for peaceful park-home living, Tembakau for effortless indoor-to-outdoor celebrations, Kapur for modern comforts, and Sirih for a convenient, well-connected location.

Yes. Myra Saujana Park Homes is a private community within gated boundaries, and every home comes with an auto gate point.

There are three Double Storey Semi-D types:

• Type E (40' x 80'): 5 bedrooms + 1 senior suite, 5 bathrooms, 3,429 sq.ft. built-up, car porch for up to 3 cars.
• Type F (A) (40' x 65'): 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2,497 sq.ft. built-up, car porch for up to 2 cars.
• Type G (B) (40' x 75'): 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3,621 sq.ft. built-up, car porch for up to 2 cars.

Type E is designed for multigenerational living. It has 5 bedrooms plus a dedicated senior suite, 5 bathrooms, 3,429 sq.ft. of built-up area and a car porch for up to 3 cars.

From 1 January 2026, the SPA for residential units under construction is signed digitally (eSPA) through the Housing Integrated Management System (HIMS) of the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT). Purchasers must install the iDsaya mobile app and complete eKYC verification in the app before signing the eSPA.
