• Lucky draw winners are not eligible to receive Tier 3 rewards.

• The draw will be conducted in the second week of October 2026.
• Total winners: 2 winners (Tier 1), 3 winners (Tier 2).
• Winners will be announced on Myra Senja's official social media and contacted directly.

• Prize Giving Ceremony: early December 2026 at the Myra Senja Sales Gallery.
• Winners may collect prizes in person or via an authorized representative.
• Final collection deadline: 31 December 2026.
• Uncollected prizes will be forfeited.

• All vouchers awarded under this Campaign will only be valid from the first day of key handover (Vacant Possession) of the purchased unit and will remain valid for one (1) year thereafter.
• The Disney Singapore Cruise reward is subject to sailing availability and blackout periods. Myra will arrange the 2-pax cruise ticket as offered under the Campaign. The reward includes cruise tickets only. All additional travel costs, personal expenses, and valid travel documents (including passports) shall be the responsibility of the winner.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Substitutions of equal or higher value may occur.
