Myra Embun is the first mixed development in Jenderam, located in Jenderam Hilir, Dengkil, Selangor. It brings together serviced residences (Myra Embun Residences), retail spaces and a boutique hotel in one masterplan, with landscaped walkways, courtyards and 33 lifestyle facilities.

Myra Embun is developed by OIB Properties (PRV) Sdn Bhd (1085936-T), developer licence no. 19355/04-2031/0082(R). The Myra brand is a product of OIB Marketing Sdn Bhd.

Myra Embun Residences are serviced apartments (Pangsapuri Servis) in two residential towers, Tower A and Tower B, each connected to the facilities by a link bridge.

Myra Embun is freehold (Hak Milik Kekal), with no encumbrances and no restriction in interest.

There are five layouts, from 700 to 1,490 sq.ft.:

• Type A: 700 sq.ft., 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
• Type B: 1,050 sq.ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
• Type C: 1,050 sq.ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
• Type D: 1,300 sq.ft., 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
• Type E: 1,490 sq.ft., 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

Based on the approved advertising permits, prices range from RM250,000 for Type A (700 sq.ft.) to about RM706,310 for Type E (1,490 sq.ft.). The final price depends on the unit type, floor and phase. Please contact our sales team for current prices and availability.

Myra Embun Residences has 33 lifestyle facilities across the podium and lower ground floor, including a lap pool, wading pool, cabana, gymnasium, multipurpose hall, multipurpose court, surau, playground, BBQ area, garden courtyard, jogging track, co-working space, indoor playground, game room, community farming, mail room and parcel room. Space is provided for a tadika (kindergarten), as well as a fitness room and self-service laundry. These are marked as space provision only in the facilities plan.
