Terms & Conditions
This referral scheme is open to all homebuyers of Myra and OIB operated by our Central HQ. By “Homebuyers” we refer to all individuals and business entities who have purchased a unit directly from Myra or OIB Central Branch. Referral(s) must not be an existing Purchaser(s) of Myra or OIB. All projects are eligible with an exception for controlled pricing or government initiative related projects including but not limited to Rumah Selangorku, MyHome and PPAM.
Disclaimer: All projects are subjected to the Management’s approval. Changes to the terms are allowed at any given point of time upon the Management’s discretion.
All Participants must register the name(s) of their potential referral(s) with our sales representatives via the Buyer’s Referral Form as attached. This procedure is to confirm and establish the Introducer who will be entitled to the referral fee once the property transaction between the Introducer’s referral is successful. In the unlikely event where the potential referral(s) is made by two or more parties, the Introducer whose Referral Form is received first by Myra or OIB will be entitled to the referral fee.
There is no limit to the number of potential referral(s) for the programme. By completing the Referral Form, the Introducer represents that he/she has obtained consent to disclose the potential referral(s)’ contact details to Myra and OIB and he/she has no objections to Myra contacting him/her.
3)Conditions Governing Award of Entitlement
Myra and OIB shall pay the Introducer the prescribed referral fee once these conditions have been fulfilled: The potential referral(s) has settled the 2nd - 10% of the purchase price and Myra or OIB have obtained the receipt of the duty stamped Sales and Purchase Agreement.
The decision on all matters relating to the programme made by Myra or OIB without any limitations, is final, conclusive, and binding. Myra or OIB is not obligated to give any reasons or enter any correspondence with anyone on any matter concerning the programme.
