ORGANIZER

1. This contest is organized by Myra x OIB Marketing Sdn Bhd (“Myra”).

CONTEST PERIOD

2. The contest is valid from 6 November 2023 until 6 December 2023.
2.1 Myra may, at its discretion, extend or terminate the contest period without prior notice. Entries submitted after the end of the contest period will be rejected unless an extended period is announced. Participation during any extended period will be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

USE OF PARTICIPANT’S MATERIAL

3. By entering the contest, each participant agrees that:
3.1 Myra may collect, use, disclose, and share the participant’s personal data, including photographs, audio-video, or other recordings (“Material”), for publicity and use in advertisements across all media without further notification, remuneration, or compensation.
3.2 Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Material shall vest solely in Myra without further compensation.
3.3 Participants may submit multiple entries with different social media accounts and receipts, but can only win once.

THE PRIZES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

4.1 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and are subject to availability. Myra may substitute prizes if necessary.

PRIZE COLLECTION

6. The winner may be required to attend a prize-giving ceremony as scheduled by Myra for prize verification.
6.1 If the winner cannot attend, they may provide a valid delivery address for prize delivery. Failure to provide a valid delivery address after two attempted deliveries will result in prize forfeiture.
6.2 Failure to provide required details or information will result in prize forfeiture.
